When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship. This means for your items to be packaged and picked up. Once an item is handed to the post office, we only have the information that's provided in your tracking number.

Do you offer local pickup?

Heck yes! If you are local to the Salem area or will be visiting and would like to pick up your order in person, please contact me before placing an order. I will provide you with a special code to remove the shipping cost at checkout and we can coordinate a pickup time.

I have a question about my order, what's the best way to reach you?

The best way to get a quick response is through the contact form on this site or by sending a direct message to our Facebook page.

Are your body care products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! We only use high-quality, skin-safe ingredients, but we always recommend performing a small patch test first. All formulas have been tested on human skin to ensure quality. All ingredients are listed on the product page.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

All products are carefully inspected and packed before being shipped. Due to the limited handmade nature of all items, we are unable to offer refunds. We do understand things may happen, so we insure all packages prior to shipping. If you experience any issues, please contact us directly so that we can assist you with filing a claim.

Can I change my shipping address after I've ordered?

If you catch it before your item ships, we can update it! Please message us immediately with your order number and correct address.

Do you offer wholesale?

We are absolutely open to wholesale opportunities. Please reach out through our contact form.
